Good day Elisa,
What a great question, asking how to share a GarageBand project between two iPads. Even better, I do have an answer.
If your two devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, probably the easiest way to share a GarageBand song is using AirDrop. You can see all the possible ways to share GarageBand songs here - Share GarageBand songs - GarageBand for iPad
To share via AirDrop, follow these steps -
Share a song to nearby devices using AirDrop
You can share songs with other iOS devices using AirDrop. AirDrop is available for devices featuring a Lightning connector.
Before sharing a song using AirDrop, you must turn it on in the Control Center. You can also choose whether to share with all devices using AirDrop, or only those in your Contacts.
Tap My Songs, then tap Select.
Tap the song you want to send, then tap the Action button .
A list of available iOS devices appears.
Tap the device you want to share with.
If you wish, you can enter artist, composer, and album information for the song in the Share Song pane.
Tap Share.
To return to the My Songs browser without sharing the song, tap Cancel.
A notification appears on the device the song is shared with. After the song is downloaded to the device, the song opens in GarageBand (if GarageBand is the only compatible app) or you see a list of compatible music apps.
